2. Sir Anthony Royle, who is generally sympathetic to the policies of the Hong Kong Government, tabled five PQs in 1977; two on social welfare, two on textile negotiations between Hong Kong and the EEC and one on the police amnesty.
3. The draft answer has been agreed with the Hong Kong Government, UND, SEAD and the Home Office.
