Findings:

The employees were divided with respect to the stipulation that

all employees must join the proposed scheme. About half (41%, N = 857)

agreed to the stipulation.

Yet about equal number disagreed (48%, N =

1002),

and the rest 11% (N 230) were indifferent.

The mean score on the agree

disagree scale was 3.013, which was near to the score of indifference.
