Findings:
50.4% of the employers (N = 450) felt that they could not benefit
from the proposed insurance scheme while 48.4% of employers thought that it
would give employers some advantage.

Question 34. (If cannot benefit) In what way should the scheme be modified
in order that the employers can benefit from it?
(Don't prompt first. Probe later on):
(1) Tax exemption on the contributions.
(2) The employer's contribution can flexibly raised from the
minimum of the above-mentioned 2%. However, the employee
must stay with the same employer in order that he can enjoy
the additional benefit cumulated from the extra contribution
by the employer.
