LABOUR CONDITIONS IN HONG KONG.

Thank you for your letter of 31 October confirming that there had been no further correspondence in the letter columns of The Times on Mr. Bob Cryer's remarks in Parliament.

2. I think we can now regard the incident as forgotten especially as Mr. Wong Tok Sau the President of the Chinese Manufacturers' Association, who wrote the original letter, died suddenly in Singapore on October 20.
