Article 7

(2) In granting a permit, the Regional Committee or the Central Committee, as the case may be, may also lay down the obligations of the employer to the worker regarding severance pay, service pay and compensation of other kinds.

Compensation shall include:

compensation for annual leave not enjoyed;

compensation for long leave not enjoyed if within the undertaking concerned there are rules providing for such leave;

expenses in respect of the return of the worker and his family to the place of engagement;

other components decided upon by the Regional or

Central Committee for the Settlement of Labour Disputes.
