In every week at least one day of rest shall be granted.
Without prejudice to the provisions of article 10(1) and (2), employees shall be granted proper opportunity to perform⠀ their religious duties.

Every labourer shall be allowed in each week a rest day of one whole day as may be determined from time to time by the employer.
