0.2% to 4.5% of payroll. The rate may be increased or decreased depending on the frequency of claims
Compensation for temporary incapacity:
50% of average monthly earnings up to one year
Compensation for permanent incapacity:
Maximum payable is 60% of monthly earnings or 3,000 baht (about HK$750) up to 10 years
Minimum compensation: 250 baht (about HK$60) per month Maximum compensation: 3,000 baht (about HK$750)

Dependants' benefit:
60% of monthly earnings up to 5 years
