Compensation for temporary incapacity:

2/3 of earnings

Compensation for permanent total incapacity:

48 months' earnings or HK380,000, whichever is the less. Minimum HK$12,800. Compensation for permanent partial incapacity:

A percentage of that for permanent total incapacity proportionate to the loss of earning capacity

Constant attendance allowance:

Prosthesis or surgical applicances:

Medical expenses:

Temporary disability benefit:

100% of earnings for first 120 days; 50% thereafter Permanent disability pension:

50% of earnings if totally disabled.

2-40% of earnings for partial invalidity according to

schedule in law.

Constant attendance supplement:

20% of earnings

Medical benefits:

Medical treatment,

hospitalisation, medicines and necessary transportation.

Remarks

Monthly pension may be commuted to lump sum payment for permanent disability and death:

(a) 48 times the monthly benefit

if this has not been paid for more than one year;

(b) 40 times the monthly benefit

if this has been paid for one to two years;

(c) 32 times the monthly benefit

if this has been paid for two to three years; and

(a) 24 times the monthly benefit

if this has been paid for three or more years.
