Thank you for your comments on my minute of 29 December 1977.
I am afraid that I have got to raise the problem of Mr Handy again, because ODM have asked for more information. I enclose a copy of their minute of 5 January 1978.
3. In particular, the question of assigning responsibility for the termination of Mr Handy's contract seems important. To this end I am sending you our files which cover the period concerned. I have flagged all the documents which seem relevant to this issue in, I hope, chronological order. Even so it is not easy to understand the exact course of events.

Mr Cook also raises the question of whether we can proceed without having a private address for Mr Handy.
