Labour-management relations
Frequent meetings are held by management with representatives of the local Air Traffic Control Association, at which matters concerning the structure of the grade, job security, staff welfare and amenities, and other relevant topics are discussed.
In addition, general staff matters are discussed at the Departmental Consultative Council, at which the various grades of the staff in the department, including air traffic controllers, are represented.
