Improvements made in 1977

Improved declarations were made in respect of four Conventions (Nos. 92, 94, 101 and 141). Details are at Appendix I. (Although Convention Nos. 101 and 141 were registered by the ILO during January 1978 they are regarded as having been made in 1977 in order to align as far as possible with the position quoted in FCO letter of 2 March 1978).
