Protection of Wages, 1949 8 October, 1975 Article 4, paragraph 2(b):
There is no statutory requirement that the competent authority must ensure that the value attributed to allowances in kind is
· fair and reasonable.
Article 9:
There is no statutory provision which specifice prohibits deductions from wages as a means of obtaining or retaining employments.
Article 15(d):
There is no mandatory provision in the law which requires the maintenance, in all appropri cases, of adequate records in an approved for and manner.
