Five Conventions on which Hong Kong has reserved its decision are not included in the attached Appendix IV. The position on these Conventions is as follows:-
No.10 - Minimum Age (Agriculture).
It is expected that application will be possible in time with the implementation of the Government's policy on secondary education and the raising of the school-leaving age.

The legislation needed to implement these Conventions is currently being drafted.
Proposals have been made for the application of this Convention with modifications and a declaration in these terms is expected during 1978.
Existing legislative and administrative measures are being examined with a view to a possible improved declaration.
