A constituent of mine, the Rev. John Ward of 74 Chiltern Drive, Surbiton, has sent the enclosed letter to Geoffrey Howe who has sent it on to me. I am not aware that child labour between the ages of 10 and 14 is being used to any extent in factories in Hong Kong, but perhaps you could kind kindly let me know the exact position for my guidance in replying to Mr. Ward.
