It may be that, if the service again improves, we shall hear no more of the incident but I think that you and the HKTAG ought to be aware that British Airways are once again the favourite whipping boys of the Hong Kong commercial community and it would be rather nice to have some comment from Civil Aviation Division on the points which I made in last year's letter. Do you think you could have a quiet word with them and let me know if any action is likely to be taken to deal with stranded passengers more efficiently.
