6. SINCE, SO FAR AS WE KNOW, THERE HAS BEEN ONLY AN ORAL APPROACH FROM KAL'S DEPUTY REGIONAL MANAGER IN HONG KONG TO BCARFE ON THE SUBJECT, IT WOULD SEEM MOST APPROPRIATE THAT THE DECISION IS COMMUNICATED THROUGH THE SAME CHANNEL.
