This Order makes provision with respect to the mortgaging of aircraft registered in the United Kingdom. In particular it provides for the registration of mort- gages of aircraft in a Register of Aircraft Mortgages to be kept by the Civil Aviation Authority and for the priority inter se of registered mortgages.
