Chile:
The Chilean Government reserves the right, in connexion with Art. I, clause (2), to recognise as preferential rights, in the order of priority established under its national law, indebtedness to the Treasury for taxes, rates or dues by the owner or holder of the aircraft and incurred in its operation, and for income tax on salaries and wages of the crew, for the period stipulated by the national law.
