This appendix lists the papers and technical memoranda related to the development of the study.

(1) An undated Civil Aviation Department paper, "Long Term Planning," appended to the Request for Proposal, Ref. PLN/19/70A, March 2, 1972, to The Ralph M. Parsons Company and others: Presents the departmental forecasts, assesses the capacity of runways, aprons and terminals, and comments on the airport's relationship to its environment.

(2) The descriptive material and modus operandi, in particular some 21 study briefs appended to the CAD Request for Proposal, outlining the studies required in the investigation and their interrelationships.

(8) Consultants' Working Paper, Book 3: Air Services Demand Forecasts, October 1973: Detailed forecasts of passenger, cargo, and mail traffic, and of aircraft operations to 1995, with complete exposition of the methodology developed for Hong Kong and its application.
