The latest we have heard is that the
Supreme Court
is soon to be completely
evacuated, due to damage from MTR works.
This will mean YET ANOTHER OLD AND HISTORIC BUILDING will be no more.
With this happening, (vigorously denied that it ever will be so damaged by MTR by Mr. MacDonald, DPW
it leaves HK people with NO OTHER REALLY LARGE (in terms of HK public buildings in a central area) building
but the KCR TERMINAL, as a heritage, as a landmark.
Another reason why this should be preserved, we have really hardly any building left. Surely the Supreme Court and the KCR buildings are the structures that real HK belongers know as old and dignified.
