(b) deleting the definition of "railway" and
substituting the following
"the railway" means the Kowloon-
Canton Railway, or any section
thereof, and
(a) all land within the fences or
other boundary marks indicating
the limits of the land belonging
to the railway;
(b) all railway tracks, sidings or
branches worked over for the
purposes of or in connexion
with the railway;

wharves, workshops, manufactories,
fixed plant, machinery, and other
works, which belong to, or are
constructed for the purposes of
or in connexion with, the railway;
