As you may know, there are now plans for the electrification (and also double-tracking) of the mong Lory section of the gloon-Cantor allvar. The syster used will be of 25 kv. As far as we know there are no plans for electrification of the line between Canton an hun Chun. This means that the possibility which has been rooted from time to time in the past of u through passenger service between Canton and Kowloon will become impossible. Ruvever, i should be grateful for any information you Day have on Chinese plans for railway electrification, in particular details of any systems which have been under consideration.
