would impose such import duties but, nevertheless, it is a risk which could cause great harm to our Company if it were to occur.
What I am seeking is some kind of assurance from HMG that it would be unnecessary for us to include estimates in our Contract sum for this purpose.
I am returning to Hong Kong next Wednesday for further discussions with the MTRC and the matter is therefore rather urgent.
