Finally, for the rectifiers and power transmission plant for which GEC is tending I do not object to your including French switchgear within the loan supported element, which is a necessary pre-requisite to comply with tender conditions, but local cost support can only be conceded if required to remain competitive and to match other Official Credit Insurers.
