Thank you for your letter Ref. CR 4/4576/77 II of 2nd November and I confirm that this letter is an accurate reflection of the conversation we had on 13th October with Sir Lawrence Kadoorie.
I would mention that the Hong Kong Electric Co. is contractually committed to two further installations to come on stream in 1984.
Further I would like to add that any substantial recommendations that the Steering Group might make would require the approval of my Board.
