which we might send. Since the Ambassador in Peking is to meet Sir Lawrence Kadoorie in Hong Kong on 10 March and has now asked for guidance to be sent there for 9 March, I would be grateful for any comments which you (or those to whom this letter is copied) may have by close of play today, 8 March.
