This Agreement shall apply to trade in textile products originating in Hong Kong of cotton, wool and man-made fibres which are listed in Annex T.
2.
The description and identification of the products covered by this
Agreement are based on the nomenclature of the Common Customs Tariff and
on the Nomenclature of Goods for the External Trade Statistics of the
Community and the Statistics of Trade between Member States (NIMEXE).
3.
The origin of the products covered by this Agreement shall be deter- mined in accordance with the rules in force in the Community and the procedures for control of the origin of the products set out in Frotocol 4.
