1.
Representatives of Hong Kong and the European Economic
Community met on 8 December 1978 in Brussels for consultations in
accordance with Article 13 of the Agreement on trade in textiles
between the Community and Hong Kong initialled on 3 December 1977.
2. As a result of these consultations, and in consequence of a
decision to classify "blousons" in Category 21, it was agreed that
certain transfers and additions should be effected as from 1.1.1979,
resulting in the following restraint levels for Categories 14 B,
15 B, 17 and 21.
