accepted at the premium hereunder specified and the purchaser having paid the sum specified in Clause 3 of his Tender (the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged) the purchaser hereby agrees to pay the balance of the said premium (if any) in accordance with Special Condition (1)(b) and to become the
Lessee of the said lot upon and subject to the foregoing Conditions and.
