ICI discussed in the UK with Chief Inspector Land Service Ammunition (CILSA) the plant layout in relation to the proposed site and to new safety distances proposed by the Explosives Storage and Transport Committee (ESTC).

ICI's proposed modified plant layout which had been agreed with CILSA was sent to the Environment Dept.
