d. Details of the Ground Crew, Technicians and freight handling equipment to be positioned at Brunei International on the first outbound flight from Hong Kong, together with the name of the person in charge of the party.
Brunei Battalion. The battalion's 'fly-out' party would be in position at Brunei International and ready to begin loading the aircraft, no later than 6 hours after issue of the codeword. Any Hong Kong based Service personnel visiting Brunei at the time the operation is activated, would be offered seats on a fill-up basis and would be included as an addendum to the Flight Manifest by MOVREP BRUNET.
