53. Codeword. The codeword TALKATIVE is allotted to this operation. Its meaning is the reinforcement of Hong Kong in accordance with Joint Theatre Plan No 30 (Fourth Revise). The codeword is classified RESTRICTED; its meaning is SECRET. It is only to be used to implement the operation and subsequently to refer to it. The Joint Theatre Plan number, not the codeword, is to be used in all other cases when referring to the plan before its implementation.
