At Mr Thompson's request, I took the papers to Mr J E Cornish, Deputy Head of Planning Staff and explained briefly the background.
3. I attach a minute from Mr Cornish which contains his initial views on Mr McLaren's skeleton draft. He would like to be kept in touch with the progress of this paper.
