On 26 April 1977 Lord Goronwy-Roberts received a Delegation from the Heung Yee Kuk, the Rural Consultative Council for the New Territories, led by Mr Cheung Yan-lung.
2. Mr Cheung has now sent, via the Hong Kong Government Office in London, a framed photograph of Lord Goronwy-Roberts with the Delegation and has asked that it be presented to the Minister of State. I am sending the photograph separately to the Minister's
Private Office.
3. I submit a draft letter of thanks to Mr Cheung. If Lord Goronwy-Roberts agrees that the letter should issue, will arrange for it to be forwarded to Hong Kong.
