6. It was certainly most useful to have the Dacca and Jakarta NR Advisers in Bangkok during my previous visit. If therefore we could have a similar arrangement it would be helpful provided of course this did not interfere too much with Drake Hocking and John Pitman's programmes of work.
7. A word about David Hall accompanying me I've decided for reasons which I'll explain in Bangkok to take the Environmental Adviser under my wing for the time being. We are visiting Hong Kong to study in depth some of their urban and rural environmental problems so David will also be with me in Bangkok. It would there- fore be helpful if Tony could arrange for David Hall to meet people in Thailand concerned with environmental matters and to see any projects which have environmental implications.
