For the last six months I have been the senior desk officer
It has now been agreed in the Hong Kong Section of this Department.
that I should pay a familiarisation visit to Hong Kong at the beginning of May and John Stewart suggested that on my return journey I should call in and discuss with you any points where you feel we may be able to help.
2. If it is convenient to you I plan to arrive by CX 703 at 1105 a.m.
If you are agreeable on 12 May and leave by BA 020 at 2245 on 13 May.
to this could I ask for you to arrange a room for me at the New Imperial Hotel and for a car to meet me off the plane and take me back to the airport for my departure? I look forward to hearing from you and in particular to seeing you in May.
