YOUR VISIT TO HONG KONG
1. As promised when we spoke this morning, I attach a draft telegram from you to the Government of Hong Kong
in reply to his telegram No 370 of 23 March(copy attached for reference).
2. I also attach the latest edition of the Far Easterné Economic Review: we are asking Library to send over some back numbers for you to see as well, but this latest copy is particularly useful because of the extensive study it contains, between pages 25 and 74, of Hong Kong.
