Representatives of the Federation of
Hong Kong Industries, the Hong Kong General Chamber of Commerce and the Chinese Manufacturers'
Association have told Mr. Hurst that they would like Professor Turner to discuss his preliminary views with them before he completes his study. We will arrange for them to meet Professor Turner when he next visits Hong Kong. (now delayed to July ?)
