2. I understand your reluctance to extend unnecessarily the distribution of the London Consular List. However, I feel it would be worthwhile sending Hong Kong a copy of the current List as a one-off exercise; if only to prove to them that it is largely irrelevant to their interests. I would, therefore, be most grateful if you could send them a copy of the List; although I agree that there is no need to put them onto a distribution list for future issues.
