1 White Paper on
Transport Policy (CR 19/3220/76)
To make plans for all transport facilities over the years to 1991 and to prepare a White Paper on Transport Policy.
A third draft of the White Paper has been written. It has been submitted to HE, CS, FS and TAC as well as to the Working Group on Transport Policy.
Refer a further draft of the White Paper to ExCo and, dependent on their decision, table in LegCo and publish.
