To assist the Advisers in their study, and to process their recommendations and take follow up action
To continue to process as quickly as possible the consultative documents produced by the Advisers in accordance with the directions given by the SPSG.
The Advisers have produced 21 co- nanltative documents, 17 of these docume.. is, together with the CP's comments, have been discussed by a Special Police Steering Group chaired by the Governor or CS. The recommendations are being processed, either, by a Police Working Group and/or a Secretariatão monitor implementation
Working Group.
As a result of the Advisers' recommendations regarding the organisation of Police Headquarters, F.C. has approved the creation of 5 supernumerary and 6 permanent posts.
To recruit ACPs,Chief
Superintendants and Senior Superintendants and have them at post.
REPLANENT OF R.N.
PATROL CRAFT

Patru (SCR 0/57 III)
To reach agreement on the replacement programme for the present patrol craft when their present economic life expires in about 1982.
Comments have been made on the MOD Naval Staff Target (NST) received from MOD
Await outcome of "craft study" by MOD (Navy). Possibly send team to MOD in June/July for discussions.
