Review (Second' Review)
To update the Programme Plan, to review progress and to recommend changes and new proposals to the Medical Development Advisory Committee (MDAC).
Progress made and present position
the Catholic Mission in the former Precious Blood School's premises. The Interim Report was published on 14th July and at the same time the Director of Education announced the formation of a Management Committee for this second school. On 19th July, the Finance Committee accepted the conversion, equipment and recurrent costs of this second school(to be known as the Ng Yuk Middle School), premises, for which have been made available in the former Hok Yuen Street Branch of Grantham College of Education.
MDAC met on 18th May and considered the papers presented to it: a summary paper concerning the 1977 review; an information paper on conditions of service for Government doctors; and a discussion paper on health services for the elderly. The next series of MDAC meetings would begin in the autumn.
A Finance Committee, agenda item has also been prepared summarizing the financial implications of the 1977 review. on
Meanwhile, MDAC was reconstituted; its membership was gazetted on 21st July.

To prepare for MDAC's autumn meetings.
