An assessment was prepared in Admin. Branch and dicussed in Chief Secretary's Committee in June.
This
paper was accepted as a definitive statement of the action taken on, and the benefits derived from, the McKinsey study.
Next quarter target
Continue to monitor the proper application of the 1973 reorganisation decisions as endorsed by ExCo.
