3. (a) Reprovisioning
of Victoria Barracks (SC_21/01/02)
To reach agreement on the replacement programme for the present R.N. patrol craft when their present economic life expires in about 1982.
To vacate Victoria
Preliminary details of the outcome of a "craft study" have been received from MOD.
"Slippage" has been reduced Barracks by 1st April, 1979.considerably. Work on the tower
block in HMS Tamar is catching up fast. The programme is still tight. Pressure is being maintained to meet the target date,
Hold talks with MODUK in September to discuss the type of craft and eventual procurement arrangements of replacement craft.

To decide at a meeting of the Steering Group on 1 September whether the target date to achie-
