White Paper on Transport Policy (CR 19/3220/76)
To make plans for all transport facilities over the years to 1991 and to prepare a White Paper on Transport Policy.
(a) Comments received from HE, CS, FS
and TAC are being incorporated into the final draft of the White Paper and a covering memorandum to Executive Council has been prepared. (b) The Working Group which assisted in
the formulation of transport policy for the White Paper has been replaced by a permanent Transport Policy Coordinating Committee.
Draft White Paper to be submitted to ExCo early next quarter and, subject to Council's views, published and tabled in LegCo.
