(a) Cargo rates
C in London hes proposed that a B tariffs expert should sponsor a meeting of the three irlines concerned (FIL, PanAm and Nwa) in Hong Kong to explain to the hippers Council the details of, and economic rationale for, the package of trans-acific air cargo rates a reed by 1 in Geneva in september.
(b) Passenger fares
CC has been requested to continue to press the US State Department to obtain approval for fares to be made available in Hong Kong in local currency at the U.. selling levels converted at the market e..change rate.
To reach agreement on the outst-nding filings for increases on the trans-Pacific air cargo rates.
