At the meeting between officials of G, HG, Ba and CPL on 6 October it was agreed that :
(a) UPA should maintain its existing four
services per week on the Gulf route; (b) Gulf Air's application for two flihts per week Bahrein/Zang kck/Hong Kong v.v. should be approved; and
(c) a review of future ir services arrange-
ments, including 's request for additional servicos to the Gulf area, would be held in the light of the first six months operation by Gulf air.

(i) During Visit to indon in Cctober,
kr. Huang dua (Chinese Foreign inister) indicated interest in finalising the draft air services reement. IMA, Peking, has su ested formulae which might be accept ble both to China and Taiwan. FC has sen acvised of KG's views and reminded of the possible effect on 's earnings from raivan. (ii) Approval was given for CAC to operate a twice-daily charter passenger flight between Janton and Hon, Kong quring the Canton Trade Fair from 12 vctober to 18 November.
