HKCCSA Housing Scheme
Re-submission to Executive Council has been
delayed by further consideration of the terms on which land
for communal, profit-making facilities should be granted.
The scheme is ready for implementation as soon as final
approval is given.

Assistance to Civil Servants to own their own housing
A special study of the overall housing policy
for civil servants began during the quarter and will take
several months to complete.
Particular attention will be
paid to the problems of those grades which at present
receive no form of housing assistance.
