dispute with the Shorthand Audio Typists is now effectively

be regraded as Stenographer and this number is expected

to continually diminish.

It is of interest that both Mrs Matilda CHEUNG

and Miss Vivien SO, the ladies who went to London, have

both exercised their options, Miss So having done so

prior to her resignation.

Correspondence on the SATA issue was exchanged

between Miss Muriel Turner, Assistant General Secretary

of ASTMS, and the Acting Governor as well as between the

S.C.S. and F.C.0.
