Transport Appendix I
Hong Kong's first White Paper on Internal Transport Policy
has been prepared. This builds on the 1974 Green Paper "Transport in
Hong Kong, a paper for public information and discussion" and on the
1976 Consultant's Report on the Comprehensive Transport Study.
White Paper has the endorsement of the Transport Advisory Committee
and the Committee of Franchised Transport Operators.
